Fresh food everytime and fast service.

Amazing food and the line was super quick it was the best burger and chocolate milkshake I ever had their French fries are amazing this was my first time here and I travel 10,000 miles a month for work so I eat at a lot of different places. I would recommend this place for anyone in the area who hasn’t ate here before or even if you have. Super friendly staff service here is top of the line. The line was all around the store when I ate here and it took less than 5 minutes to order the food and get it and go I was amazed I will definitely be back and eat again 😁

Fast service, great food! What else can you ask for? They are also polite and I feel comfortable ordering here as I know they take numerous precautions to ensure my food remains safe and I remain disease free.

Great food! My personal favorites are Chipped Ham with Cheese, Frenchie Fries, Hot Dogs, and their Sweet Tea. I love that Pal's uses large styrofoam cups for their Sweet tea, it keeps it cold even in the blazing heat of August. Other restaurant use waxed paper cups for their drinks and you're lucky if you get it drunk before the ice melts and waters down the drink.

I have to say that pals is not as good a place to eat AND I DON'T KNOW WHAT HAPPENED TO THEIR HOTDOGS BUT They'Re not AS GOOD AS THEY USE TO BE. They taste like they are made up earlyAnd they taste soggy and not nearly as good. I hope you can improve your HOTDOGS because I haven't had a good HOTDOG in a while. ..I

Always AWESOME service!!! The employees are friendly, which is not easy to find in the fast food industry these days! The order is always accurate and complete, which I would have to say is actually IMPOSSIBLE when dealing with any other fast food restaurants! And they are truly dedicated to the "time" spent waiting rules of the fast food world.. no one else can even compare to them on that! This is widespread through all Pals locations... AWESOME SERVICE!

Excellent cheddar rounds and good biscuits. I like them a little lighter than they bake them, but they are usually soft.

good fast food however hotdogs are dried out not like years ago at all. Chicken or ham sandwiches aren't made ahead they are really good and most enjoy the fries

Well the food was delicious as usual. But this time around we needed to get out of the house (quarantine), but still stay safe. So we rented a movie from Red Box, and parked in the parking lot of Pal's. We all got in the back seats of the SUV and had our own little movie theater 😆! Thanks Red Box for the entertainment, and thank you, thank you to my favorite restaurant for the wonderful meal, and for not kicking us out of your parking lot 😆! STAY SAFE PEOPLE

Great food sudden service

HOLY COW this is good food. I was visiting from out of town and needed to know what all the fuss was about. The line of cars went out to the street but it took us no time to order and get our food. They were so polite and helpful. I've had $20 burgers at sit down places that couldn't measure up to the size and quality of Pals. And yes, get the sweet tea and fries!

Eat here from time to time and when I do it's always good. I never give 5 Star ratings to fast food. Service is always fast and friendly. Just watch out what time of day you go, there can be a line all the way to the road.

Perfect everytime. I never have to check the bag to see if my order is correct.

If you end up in our region and you're tired of the burger monotony of the bigger food chains then go to Pal's to break that cycle, you wont be disappointed. If you are new to Pal's I suggest you get there early enough for cheesy tots.

It was amazing, great staff, very nice and polite. Food was amazing also, but most of all the staff were amazing at getting my food quickly and sufficiently. Great place, will be going back very soon.

This restaurant is my frequent! They have the best hotdogs in the entire area! I get my hotdogs without onion, just my vice. This place has the best area to park and eat, they have no tables to eat from. This is solely a drive through location. Give the ‘Sauceburger’ a try, if you’re feeling up to it. This place is fast, fresh, and accurate!

sudden food in a flash!!! they've got the best fries around.. but seems as if there's been a change in the way they make their sweet tea, or something different in the process of making it, because they use to have the best tea around. now more so than not, it taste more watered down, or not as sweet. sometimes I still get that sweet sweet tea. it's not a big deal honestly, just giving my opinion. still 5 stars hands down!!

I would argue this is the best pals in the tri cities. The lunch line is always so long and they always have your food in just a minute. And the food is always right and always fresh. Everyone always has a smile on their face. I’m impressed with their quick service every single time. Certainly the best.
